The "Civics Unplugged Leadership Blueprint" is being developed to give budding change-makers a digital home-base to systematically map out their past, present, and future.

It is an all-in-one tool for someone to—among other things—reflect on their formative experiences, cultivate internal and external self-awareness, envision and plan the future, practice gratitude, author their identity, and easily broadcast all that they want to share to the ones who matter.

The Blueprint is comprised of a set of carefully developed pages that facilitate self-understanding and interrelate with other pages in ways that help spark insight. Each page has an important purpose. Reading the Page Index will help you understand the purpose of each page.

Three Tips

• When you first start building this out, start small. Add one or two rows to each table or page. Wait until you get the hang of the framework and see how all the pages connect with each other before you fully expand on each section.
• Turn the Leadership Blueprint into what it's meant to be: a map of your life that helps you chart your next steps. Like any map, the Blueprint becomes more useful the more it reflects your real life.
• Use plenty of emojis and change the cover photos to whatever will inspire you. Viewing and building out each page should be a stimulating experience.
